Word Prostitute® is becoming more worried over more events of Godaddy and Network Solutions choosing not to honor their agreement of hosting a domain name because they believe they have the right to censor the world.
Word Prostitute® has found no logical reason by what right they had to choose not to publish the words of the domain unless they used a very broad and vague interpretation of their DNS agreement. And even if a new license is forged a new license shouldn’t allow companies that rent and serve domain names the right to choose what they can censor. Does ICANN have any power to prevent a domain name to be controlled and hidden by these domain name publishing companies?
The censorship of domain names concerns Word Prostitute® for Word Prostitute® has always feared this form of censorship would exist and now it does.
While this currently does not equal the magnitude of how much the paper publishing industry has censored the written word since its existence, it is a disconcerting act. It is the beginning of the new censorship.
